I thought this day would never come....but my little monkey it finally potty trained!!!! I was nervous to post anything about it at the beginning for fear or jinxing us. It has been just under a month and I cant tell you how much easier it is to not have to change a diaper!!! Lucas is really good about telling us when he has to go and since we began we've only had about 3 real accidents. I'm so proud of my little man. Now that he is potty trained I can get him enrolled in preschool. Did I just say preschool???!!!!???? I can't believe he's big enough for that already. The time has sure flown. We are staying busy this summer. Holiday parties, trips to the pool, maybe even a few trips to Chicago and Bloomington to visit the aunts!!!

Auntie Ashley babysat for us the other night so Ralph and I could catch a movie together. When we got home to put him to bed I went to go read him a story and he said, "No! Auntie Ashley is going to read to me" To cute to not catch on camera
